We deliver across Saudi Arabia. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and arrive in 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp once your order ships.
Shipping cost
Free on orders over SAR 300. Below that, the fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
Because cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive, what we can accept depends on whether the item has been opened.
- Unopened, in original packaging — exchange or return within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged or faulty on arrival — contact us with photos within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full
- Opened products — cannot be returned unless faulty
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number through our Contact page. We will confirm the return and arrange collection.
Refunds
Once we receive the item, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
