Prices
All prices are in Saudi Riyal and include VAT where it applies. If a price is wrong on an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch — you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the address falls outside our delivery area, or we cannot verify payment.
Payment
We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and cash on delivery. Payment is processed by our provider; we do not store card details.

Every product sold here is registered with the Saudi Food & Drug Authority, and its notification number appears on the product page. We describe products as accurately as we can, but manufacturers update packaging and formulations, and images are illustrative.
Cosmetics are for external use only. Read the label and patch-test anything new. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, speak to a qualified professional first.

The store name, logo, text and photography are ours or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand names belong to their owners.
Liability
Nothing here limits your rights under Saudi consumer protection law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction.
