All orders are fulfilled and shipped via our logistics partner, Isnaad. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2–4 business days across Saudi Arabia.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetics and skincare, we can only accept returns or exchanges for:
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery
- Items that arrive damaged or defective — contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery

الإرجاع والاستبدال
نظراً للطبيعة الحساسة صحياً لمنتجات التجميل والعناية بالبشرة، لا يمكننا قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال إلا في الحالات التالية:
- المنتجات غير المفتوحة وغير المستخدمة وبعبواتها الأصلية، خلال ٧ أيام من الاستلام
- المنتجات التي تصل تالفة أو معيبة — يرجى التواصل معنا مع صور خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام
